One reason some folks don't want to give up Basic

Report indicates that programming in Visual Basic (and hopefully Basic for Qt) is more productive than many other languages. (should not be news to most people reading this forum)

Thanks for sharing. Personally, I like the English-like syntax of Basic and have some old memories then I started progamming. It was Basic of course on a Atari ST. :)

started with BASIC on a C64, but at this moment at war With C++ on Linux64 and don't understand anything of it. :?
